Only some brief words in to inform you that the Telefónica Latin American Inter-Trade Union Group (Grupo Intersindical Iberoamericano de Telefónica - GIIT) now has a Website with details of the activities of each affiliate and of our Union Alliance in order to improve our communication and so advance co-ordination and solidarity action to face the new challenges posed to the trade union movement by globalisation and the major multinational companies.

The Unions should break their national barriers, if they want to have presence and be effective in their fight for a just society and solidarity.
