WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP

1. Send messages of support and donations to the hardship fund (cheques payable to The Greater London Industrial Action Fund) to UNISON, Civic House, 8 Aberdeen Terrace, Blackheath, London SE3 0QY.

2. Write to the Chairman of the Davis Service Group, Mr N W Benson, Davis Service Group plc, 4 Grovesnor Place, LONDON, SW1X 7DL asking him to step in and reinstate the 53 sacked Hillingdon Hospital workers.

3. Contact your local MP (at the Palace of Westminster, London SW1) asking them to intervene by insisting that the Chief Executive of the Hillingdon Hospital Trust (Philip Brown) put pressure on Pall Mall to reinstate the 53.

4. Organise a protest outside an HSS Tool Hire Shop near you (check the phone book for details). Here is the text of a leaflet produced by the Greater London Region of UNISON which you could copy, format and customise for your own use: UNISON leaflet

5. Send your own letter of protest to the Chairman of the Davis Service Group;

6. Visit the picket line at Hillingdon hospital, Pield Heath Road, Uxbridge.
