Hillingdon Hospital update 7 Sep 1996

1. From 2-6 September the strikers mounted a picket of the HeadQuarters of the Davis Service Group, parent company of the strikers employer Pall Mall, at 4 Grovesnor Place, London SW1. The week of protest ended with a lively mass picket on Friday lunchtime.

2. On Saturday 7 September UNISON members picketed HSS Tool Hire Shops at a number of locations. HSS Tool Hire Shops are owned by a subsidiary of the Davis Service Group. (see below)

3. On Monday 9 September the strikers will join a lobby of the TUC in Blackpool, calling for the TUC to support a minimum wage of £4.26 an hour in line with UNISON policy.
